I confess that I have looked elsewhere for the satisfaction that only You can provide. I confess that I have failed to love You with all my heart, mind, soul and strength.
I confess I have failed to love others and have acted selfishly. I confess that I have not displayed Your love to those around me. I repent and ask You for forgiveness.
My failures, selfishness and pride have been forgiven through Your death on the cross. Empower me to change Lord and live more like You. In Your powerful name. Amen.
