As Christians, we are called to be more Christ-like. Jesus himself sacrificed his life on the cross in order to forgive all of mankind for their sins. Christ wants us to forgive each other for our sins and demonstrate the grace that God has so generously provided us.

Everlasting Father, forgive me for the pain that I have caused to other people.
My debt has been paid in full by Jesus’ precious blood. The curse of sin no longer has a hold on me. Whoever the Son sets free is free indeed. Help me to live in that freedom.
As I have been forgiven by You, help me to forgive others. May I be gracious because You have been gracious to me. May I show compassion on others as You have been compassionate to me.
Let me love others in the way You have loved me. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
