Receive our prayers, dear Lord,
For those who have none
To pray for them.
They departed this life
Without loved ones
To mourn their going.
We implore You to stretch forth
Your paternal arms
To those forgotten ones,
And bring them into Your celestial abode
Of happiness, light, and peace.
Amen.
Lord Jesus Christ, have compassion
On Your Church suffering.
Temper Your justice with pity
And open the gates of Heaven
For the souls in Purgatory,
That they may praise
And glorify You forever.

The most precious blood of Jesus Christ
In atonement for my sins,
And in supplication for the holy souls in Purgatory,
