I Love You Daddy
Now I lay me down to sleep
I pray dear Lord my soul You'll keep.
My mommy says I need to pray
for many others on this day.
My daddy, he's a fireman you know
he helped save many lives today
and though I know he's safe with You
I'd rather have him here right now
cause he's the one who always said
my prayers with me each night
and Daddy, if you hear me
way up in the sky,
I want to say, I love you.
I'm proud of you.
I wish you didn't have to die.
